Eau de
Unbilled.

Smells like bad decisions.

Eau de Regret 50 ml Notes of diesel

$0.00billed. That’s the whole problem.

Choose your size

A light mist. One ticket on the dash, nobody’s worried yet.

Or stop wearing it → Free shipping. Free returns. Unfortunately, also free labour.

The olfactory pyramid

Composed in the field. Aged under a truck seat.

Every bottle is hand-poured from the work you did and never charged for.

Top notes

Diesel, wet carbon paper, a clipboard left on the dash.

Bright and immediate. Hits you the second you open the truck door.

Heart notes

“I’ll write it up Friday.”

A foreman’s memory of Tuesday. A signature that is mostly coffee ring. Hours rounded down out of politeness.

Base notes

Disputed tickets, slow receivables, quiet regret.

Deep, lingering, and expensive. Long after the job is done, it’s still on you.

The ritual

How to wear it.

For best results, follow the method passed down by every contractor before you.

  1. Fill out the ticket on paper.

Ideally on the hood, in the wind, with a pen that only works upside down.

  2. Let it marinate in the truck.

Three rotations is the traditional ageing period. Mud adds character.

  3. Try to remember the hours.

Was the excavator on site Tuesday, or was that the other job? Guess. Round down.

  4. Send the invoice. Late.

Receive the classic response: “We have no signed record of this.” Spritz again.
